MOBI Der Verlorene ePUB æ ¾ biography memoir.co verlorene download, Der Verlorene eBookIf I just saw the surface meaning this book would have been a 1 star for me The allegory made it a 2 star book and only because I like allegories not because this was a particularly good one The narrator as West Germany Arnold as East Germany his parents as the Third Reich if you were wondering The terrible thing that happened was Die Flucht The Trek when twelve million Germans migrated away from the Russians advancing Many Germans who didn't get out in time were murdered women of all ages raped I wish this went into what that was like for his parents

Yeah he said it's actually funny in places in a low key wise ass German kind of way You won't find that here in fact the prose seems fairly leaden but the story itself is unforgettably bleak and harrowing
